The One Desire: The 28-year-old blonde bombshell has been the go-to model for the brand, and now she has scored herself another campaign for the Italian label - this time for a new fragrance called The One Desire
The new fragrance, rather than something to be used daily, is designed for a special occasion or memorable evening out.
According to WWD,Procter & Gamble's Global Prestige division, which is responsible for the new fragrance, wanted to create a luxury scent that makes women feel 'desirable and exquisite.'
Vice president Luigi Feola described The One Desire as 'a new blockbuster fragrance.'
He added: 'This [scent] is for the woman who wants to feel unique, beautiful and sensual.
'She owns the room when she enters. She's not just noticed, she attracts the attention of everybody and is sexy but not vulgar.'
Miss Johansson has already successfully fronted the fashion house's campaign for its original The One fragrance, and her new campaign is estimated to bring in $150 million in perfume sales over one year alone.
'This [new scent] is for women who want to feel unique, beautiful and sensual'This could edge the D&G beauty line close to the billion-dollar mark.
Design duo Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce created The One Desire with the same base as the original fragrance but it will include added tuberose, caramel-infused vanilla, sandalwood and musk.
The chunky but sleek black and gold bottle adds to its main aim of being 'desirable and exquisite' to women.
Mr Gabbana, whose trial for allegedly evading $520 million in Italian taxes begins today, told WWD: 'When we work on fragrances and make-up, we always try to stay true to our DNA.
'Black and gold are classic colours for Dolce & Gabbana, and the black gem cap is a bit '30s in style.'
Both designers, who face prison sentences of up to five years if found guilty, vehemently deny the allegations and have called the charges 'absurd'.
Six associates of the duo will also be on trial, including their tax consultant, prosecutors say.
The trial comes as Mario Monti, Italy's prime minister, declared the government to be 'at war' with tax evaders, in a country which has uniformly seen tax dodging as normal as drinking their morning cup of espresso.
