ROMA - Per celebrare il 40 anniversario di L.A. Woman, l'ultimo album dei Doors prima della morte di Jim Morrison, la Rhino pubblichera' il disco il 24 gennaio (doppio cd, doppio Lp e una versione digitale con materiale originale e versioni nuove.

La vera novita' e' che ci sara' anche una canzone inedita She Smells so Nice composta dalla band originaria: alle tastiere Ray Manzarek, alla chitarra Robby Krieger, alla batteria John Densmore e il cantante Jim Morrison. Il brano sara' in radio a gennaio. She smells so nice cattura, durante la registrazione in studio di L.A. Woman, la band in un momento di spontanea gioia, momento in cui Jim Morrison a ''piena voce'' confluisce da She smells so nice al classico Rock me.

Alla fine della canzone si puo' sentire Jim Morrison canticchiare Mr. Mojo Risin, anagramma del suo nome gia' usato durante il 'bridge' del famoso brano L.A. Rhino to reissue 'L.A. Woman' for album's 40th anniversary

To mark the 40th anniversary of the Doors' classic L.A. Woman album, Rhino is set to release a two-disc reissue with alternate takes including "Love Her Madly," "Riders on the Storm" and the title track, as well as a never-before-heard original, "She Smells So Nice." The upcoming release and a companion DVD on the making of the album will kick off the band's "Year of the Doors."

Producer Bruce Botnick recently discovered "She Smells So Nice" while reviewing the album's session tapes for the reissue. The L.A.
