Many festive fans feel bereft when Christmas passes and the tree and decorations are put back in the loft for another 12 months.

But that won't be a problem for these people - their bizarre Christmas tattoos serve as a reminder of the season of goodwill for the rest of the year.

The color tattoos range from an inking of actor Will Ferrell's face in his hit 2003 festive film Elf to an image of a gun wrapped in a seasonal ribbon.

But one of the tattoo fans clearly want a 'tattoo for all seasons' as he has a drawing of Jesus and Father Christmas alongside the Easter bunny.

Some of the inkings may be transfers so some lucky owners may be able to wash off their festive reminders with hot water by the time January arrives.
