The newest beauty trend sweeping social media brings a pop of colour to your eyes. Rainbow eyeshadow, rainbow eyebrows and rainbow highlighter have all been past beauty crazes. Now rainbow lashes are the latest must have look. Whilst coloured mascara has been a popular makeup item in the past, with colours like blue and purple gracing the lashes of many, this new trend combines multiple colours.

Coloured mascara has been a previous beauty trend, but this new craze is using multiple colours on the lashes Instead of one colour, the new lashes trend appearing on social media uses multiple shades to give the appearance of a rainbow on the eyelashes. And makeup lovers are taking to Instagram to show off their bright eyes and beauty cred under hashtags like #rainbowlashes. One Instagram user called Shal posted a picture of her rainbow lashes with a gushing caption. 'I just can't stop looking at myself in the mirror!' she wrote. 'I LOVE my lashes done by my beautiful friend @lashesbydionne! First time having colour and I'm obsessed!'
